1. Return Period

Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging, tags, labels, hygiene seals intact.
2. Products That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are not eligible for return/exchange, including but not limited to:

Underwear, socks, mittens, caps, and other items that touch the skin directly.

Items where the hygiene seal is broken.

Any product that is customised or made to order.
3. How to Request a Return / Exchange
