1. Order Processing

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email (or SMS) with details of the products and expected delivery timelines.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed in 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from receipt of full payment. Items marked “Pre-order” or “Back in Stock” may take longer; we will notify you in such cases.

• Address Verification: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Any additional cost due to wrong or incomplete address will be borne by the customer.

2. Shipping Locations

• We ship across India (all states & union territories).

• For remote or inaccessible areas, delivery may take extra time; in rare cases, we might not be able to deliver. If so, we will contact you to discuss.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

• We partner with reliable courier services (e.g., DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, etc.).

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS so you can monitor your shipment.

• Free Shipping: For orders totaling ₹1,500 or more (cart value before taxes & discounts), shipping is free. Aariraro

• Under Free-Shipping Threshold: For orders below ₹1,500, a nominal shipping charge will be applied (depends on delivery location).

• Any Additional Charges: If your order requires special handling (e.g. oversize, additional packaging) or delivery to a remote area, extra charges may apply.

5. Delivery Time

7. Damages / Lost Shipments

• Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos along with your order number. We will arrange replacement or refund as applicable.

• Lost Shipments: If the courier marks your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, notify us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the courier. Reshipment or refund will depend on findings.
